Bush and Nixon

There is no question that the president is in big political trouble. Most Americans oppose his policies in Iraq and the economy, and they dont share his conservative views. The corruption and scandals make things even worse. So will Bush complete his second term or will be forced like Nixon to resign ? Everything suggests that Bush will have the same fate with Nixon. Why? For the following reasons:

1. The Plamegate is clearly worse than Watergate was.

2. The negative feelings of the majority of the country towards the Iraq war are similar to the ones towards the Vietnam war when Nixon resigned.

3. Bush is completely isolated and distanced from reality. Karl Rove is his brain, but he is in serious trouble and may be impeached.
