What's wrong with Russia?

There are multiple indications that Russia is slowly degenerating to a fascist dictatorship. Putin has been assuming more and more powers for a while, creating a powerful regime that controls the country.

Now, Russia increased sharply the price of gas that it sells to Ukraine and Moldova. Ukraine refused to pay and Russia cut-off the supply. Subsequently, there was sever cut to supplies to EU countries. Countries as far west as France said that supplies from a pipeline running via Ukraine have fallen by up to 40%. Then Russia, accused Ukraine of stealing $25m of gas exports destined for Europe.

The actions of Russia are reckless and dangerous. The emerging fascist regime that appears to control the country is attempting to force a new balance of power in Europe, by financial means. Controlling gas prices. Putin and his gang are more dangerous than ever.
