Condoleeza Rice. She would be the best republican candidate for president in 2008

Just kidding. She has said that she will not run, but if she did she would loose pretty much to any democratic candidate. She is certainly a highly intelligent individual but she is responsible to a large degree for the Iraq disaster, as a key member of the Bush administration. Neverheless, she is certainly far smarter than her boss.
