Does Lieberman want to be a democrat? Yes or No?

This is remarkable . Jane from Firedoglake makes a simple and important point: "The DSCC needs to demand that Joe Lieberman commit to the party or cut him off. No money, no polling, nada."

She is absolutely right. It will be ridiculous for the Democratic Party to give money to someone who considers running as an independent if he is defeated in the democratic primary. If Lieberman is a democrat, he should simply respect the results of the democratic primary. So, if he is defeated by Lamont, he should support Lamont against whoever the republican candidate may be. But it is becoming more and more obvious that Lieberman could care less about the democratic party. So, the question is: Does Lieberman want to be a democrat? Yes or No? If he can not commit so, the democratic party should not give him a penny anymore.
