Lieberman's Car?

According to Chris Bowers this is Lieberman's car parked in a handicapped space. Is Lieberman really handicapped??? Or he simply does not care? Hard to know. The only thing I know for sure is that he is indeed #2 after Ned Lamont and he will be defeated for a 2nd time in November.
