New Lamont-Lieberman Poll. Lamont Closing The Gap.

There is a new poll from Hartford Curant and University of Connecticut that shows a move in favor of Lamont:

Lieberman 48
Lamont 40
Schlessinger 3

This last poll is very good news for Lamont, if someone takes into account that within 2 weeks he has cut the lead of Lieberman in more than half (a previous zogby poll had shown a 20 point lead for Lieberman). Also, the difference is even less among likely voters. Now, taking into account that Lamont has seized again the momentum, that there is a 3-way debate set in October and that the Lamont voters are much more likely to show in the polls, we predict that by November 7, Lamont will win the race and will be the next senator from Connecticut.
