Here is a second video with Andrew Card booed at U Mass while receiving a honorary degree from the president of U Mass. I think that the president of U Mass made a huge mistake , and I would not be surprised if he ultimately ends up resigning over it.

Andrew Card may be eligible for a honorary degree from the International Court of Justice in the Hague, but that's about it.
