Spain to investigate war crime suspects

Spain has initiated criminal proceedings against six senior officials in the Bush administration for the use of torture. Spain is totally willing to prosecute any members of the Bush regime suspected of war crimes.

What is Obama doing? He said he is for the rule of law. What is he waiting for then to go ahead and investigate alleged war crimes? Also, the war crimes tribunal in the Hague has jurisdiction for international war crimes against humanity. If Obama is afraid to prosecute any war crimes here, he should work on a treaty to extradite suspects to the Hague.
