I still dont get it. Why did the secret service turn away the local police when they initially went to interview Cheney? Why it took so many hours until he was interviewed? Were they trying to hide something? Why there is no test of Cheney's blood alcohol levels after the accident?

He admitted having a beer (1) at lunch. Did he really have only one? How do we know for sure? It is hard to believe someone who lies for far more important things. He is after all the same guy who, together with Bush and others, deliberately misled the country to the Iraq war.
