The republican primary in Connecticut. Alan Schlesinger versus Joe Lieberman.

I think that this article is right. There is a republican primary going on in Connecticut, with Schlesinger and Lieberman now fighting hard for the republican votes. But the momentum is clearly with Alan Schlesinger. His performance in the debate yesterday was superb and he proved that he can be an effective senator if elected. Certainly better than Lieberman.

I think Schlesinger has a chance. Not a great chance, but he has a chance. If the democratic vote is split between Lamont and Loserman, then Schlesinger could pull a huge upset. Thats why true republicans should vote for him and not the outdated and flip-flop Joe Loserman.

Oh, and for the (few) republican visitors to this blog: Hey, consider supporting Alan Schlesinger. He is intellectually superior to Lieberman.
