Whats going on with Lieberman's finance scandal?

Joe Lieberman's campaign still refuses to release the information on the $387,00 "petty cash", and it appears that the issue is escalating to a huge finance scandal, unheard in the history of Connecticut senate races, or other senate races all over the country.

Will the voters of Connecticut re-elect Lieberman despite such a huge scandal? It is hard to believe that they will do so. Elections can not be bought by cash. At least in this country. We have laws. Corruption should not be tolerated. Of course, lets also not forget that a vote for Lieberman is a vote for Bush and the Iraq war.
