How can you take this guy seriously?

Guiliani is becoming more and more some sort of a joke. He recently threatened the voters by saying that if they elect a democrat as president,that would increase the chances of a terrorist attack to the country. That threat is similar to the way Cheney has been threatening the American voters, and is beyond ridiculous. It is a despicable effort to instill fear in the voters.

This sort of behavior by Guiliani proves that he is unqualified and cheap. He is a failed mayor who has evolved to a low class liar. He would be as bad, if not worse, than McCain or Bush if he were elected president.
