Ticking Clocks

Bush on veto threats and funding for the troops:

"Clock ticking on funding for war troops.....If Congress fails to pass a bill that I can sign by mid-April, the Army will be forced to consider cutting back on equipment, equipment repair and quality of life initiatives for our Guard and Reserve forces"

The ridiculous classic republican propaganda continues. The congress DID vote already to send the equipment to the troops with the provision that they pull out of the disastrous (and already lost) Iraq war by 2008. The one who plans to veto that bill and block funcing for the troops is Bush, not the congress. He and his extremist radical administration are the ones who dont care and undermine the troops, not the democrats.
