Intelligence Failure?

How would any one go to counter-demonstrate against peace demonstrators, and IN FAVOR of BUSH these days? Intelligence failure? or complete ignorance? or refusal of to accept reality? I am wondering what do these demonstrators think. I also have some doubts that this picture is really from planet earth, but according to CNN it is.
