A rational foreign policy

Finally a rational foreign policy. An American president who respects and talks to other leaders rationally. I hope Obama restores the relationships of the USA with Venezuela and other latin America countries. Obama has obviously realized that Chavez is nor a danger or threat to anyone. He is a democratically elected lead of his country.
