Hillary will NOT support Lieberman as an independent

That was exactly what Lieberman needed. Hillary made it clear that she will support the winner of the democratic primary and NOT Lieberman if he runs as an independent. She has essentially abandoned him (in a political way of course). I think senior democrats now realize that Lieberman is a liability and could cause problems for them if they keep supporting him, and they are moving quickly to distance themselves from him. It seems that Lieberman has been just left with a handful of rebulican retired old men who still pledge to support him.

Things are getting worse and worse for Lieberman. His campaign is collapsing much faster than anyone could have predicted or imagined a couple of weeks ago. He is most definitely out of the senate after November.
