Howard Dean on Katherine Harris and Joseph Stalin

Howard Dean recently said:

"Katherine Harris, didn't understand that it is ethically improper to be the chairman of a campaign and count the votes at the same time. This is not Russia and she is not Stalin."

Well said. The only thing he forgot to mention to complete the sentence was something about Fox News where Harris likes to hang out. Something like "and Fox News is not Pravda".
