I am talking about the new approval ratings of president Bush. There is no question that the radical right represented by the Bush-Cheney-Fox News axis has been losing constantly support. I believe that the real base of support for these extremists is around 15-20% (lets not forget that Cheney's approval ratings are around 16%). So, I anticipate a further decline in Bush's numbers that should eventually plateau around 20-25%.
I hope that the ratings of Fox News will follow a similar pattern, although this has not happened so far. The propaganda station for the radical right has been very bad for the country, as there are people that really believe what they hear there. Hopefully, the ongoing collapse of the radical right will include Fox News. Although it does not look likely at this time, who could have thought 4-5 years ago that Bush's ratings will be 28% today? The democrats and the republicans who believe in democracy should expose Fox News for what that TV station really is. A wingnut propaganda station as bad as the Pravda of the old Soviet Union.
