Republican Collapse

I have been too busy to post. But it is notable that the decision of Larry Craig to stay in the senate may well lead (and I hope it does) to a total collapse of the republican party.

I believe that this party has no unified positions any longer and it is composed of a heterogenous mix of moderates, far right extremists, religious fundamentalists, and ultra-right conservative activists.

Most importantly, it includes hypocrites who fight against gay and women's rights, despite the fact that quite a few of them are apparently gay themselves (i.e. Craig). It has become the party of hypocrisy, bigotry and torture. With such ideals, it is not surprising that it is headed, slowly but surely, to a total collapse.
