Hortensia Bussi

Hortensia Bussi, the wife of Chilean President Salvador Allende just died at age 94 . She was among the leaders of the opposition in Chile against the monstrous dictator Augusto Pinochet who had ousted her democratically elected husband and established one of the worst dictatorships in history. The picture above is of the heroic president of Chile Allende the day of the coup when he fought the thugs of the mass murderer Pinochet, shortly before he was killed by them.
