Top aide of Colin Powell accuses Cheney on prisoner abuse

Col Wilkenson, a top aide to former Secretary of State Colin Powell accused Vice president Cheney of ignoring a decision by Bush on the treatment of prisoners in the war on terror.

If thats true, Cheney ignored Bush in this case. I guess thats not so surprising. What would have been very surprising would have been the reverse.
