Final update: The votes from abroad are in and with these votes Prodi wins also the senate (senato) with a slim majority.
Congress: 340 seats for Prodi and 277 for Berlusconi. Senato: 158 for Prodi and 156 for Berlusconi. So, the Center-Left coalition wins both houses and should be able to form a goverment. Berlusconi is out. For sure. Arriverderci Berlusconi!
