Democratic Senators For Joe Lieberman.
The democratic senators below are an embarassment to the democratic party and to the voters who voted for them. They are:
Mary Landrieu
Tom Carper
Mark Pryor
Ken Salazar
Ben Nelson
Why? They all support Joe Lieberman. . They support him despite the fact that he lost the democratic primary in Connecticut, and after he refused to respect the results of the election. They support a man who has been a rubber stamp for the disastrous Bush administration and who is openly supported by the extreme far right, including extremists like Ann Coulter, Pat Robertson, Sean Hannity, and Dick Cheney.
Lieberman is not a democrat and he never really was. He proved that when he abandoned the democratic party to form the "Connecticut for Lieberman" party. In reality, he is a republican and that is more than obvious at this point. Think about it. What would Lieberman do if he was in a red state? He would join the republican party of course, if that would help him save his senate seat. The only reason he has not done so after his defeat in the democratic primary, is that Connecticut is a blue state.
It is beyond comprehension that these democratic senators do not respect the process within their own party and they endorse a far right wing extremist and his party. Their endorsement of Lieberman is shameful and antidemocratic.
