It is now official

The republican party of today is the homebase of many lunatics. Doubt it? Then watch this TV ad that the RNC is running in Tenesse against Harold Ford. There is no question that only the mind of a certified lunatic would conceive an ad as bizzare as that one. Unbelievable, but true.

Dont take me wrong. There are still many rational republicans, like Hagel, McCain, Guiliani, or even Buchanan. But the republican party as a whole has been hijacked by lunatics. To my republican friends: Dont vote for these crazy people. Demand that the common sense returns to the republican party. It is a party with a long history and it is sad to see it going down to that level.
