Lieberman loses control of his party in Connecticut

The party leadership was taken over by John Orman.

"Orman seized control of the Connecticut for Lieberman Party this week after registering as its sole member and electing himself as chairman. According to the bylaws adopted by its new chairman, Lieberman critic and Fairfield University professor John Orman, the senator is an eligible party candidate."

Now Lieberman is just a member, while Orman is the president of Lieberman's party. Maybe Orman can ask Lieberman to resign from his senate seat, so the party has a better representation in the senate than Joe Lieberman. I am sure Lieberman will be receptive to such a suggestion.
